Sculpture Grass No 1

Made from brass

With this series of free-standing sculptures I wanted to express the grace and beauty of grasses.

I cut out the shape of the grass by hand with a hand saw, bend the metal, the lower part is patinated and smoothly passes to a full mirror. The sculpture is protected with clear varnish and placed on a dark green stone base made of serpentinite.
