Leaves – mobiles sculpture

I cut the sheets by hand from 0.3 mm thick brass tape
I roll, grind and solder the leaves to a brass wire, and finally protect them with varnish
The photos show two sculptures – a smaller and a larger one

The inspiration for this sculpture were leaves, which for me are the quintessence of leaves :), i.e. delicate and subtle, hanging with grace.
The challenge was to design the composition and balance all the elements so that the whole thing could move freely in all directions. At the slightest movement of air, everything starts dancing, and the sculpture is constantly changing.
